What We Do

We are a team of independent learning designers and business consultants, creating custom training and development programs in customer service, sales, leadership, and more.

We have created interactive simulations, workshops, learning maps and games, process designs, coaching guides, and other programs that engage employees, help achieve business goals, and provide the ultimate consumer with the experience they prefer.

Our partners and customers are innovative training, consulting, and communications companies. It's through these affiliations that we've been hired to create highly successful programs for Bank of America, Toyota, Outback Steakhouse, Penske, Time Warner Cable, John Deere, and many others.

By working with these different companies, we've become knowledgeable about many industries and have maintained a stimulating (and very eclectic) mix of business. In the past few years, our programs have guided factory workers in Alabama to increase the quality of their work, and luxury retail associates in Beverly Hills to sell more hand-made porcelain. We built one program to educate new employees in China and India about the value of their 175-year old American brand, and another program that created a fictitious bottling company to show the virtues of a management operating system.

In everything we do, we help maintain the integrity between a company's words and the actions of its associates.
