What We Do

We are a team of independent learning designers and consultants for client companies and partner firms in customer service, sales, and professional development.

Our partners and clients have included: an innovative leadership development group; a corporate change management consultancy, and several companies that create learning & communications programs using interactive activities, games and simulations. It's through these affiliations and others that we've created highly successful programs for Bank of America, Toyota, Hess, Penske, Time Warner and many others.

By working with these different firms, we've become knowledgeable about many industries and have maintained a stimulating (and very eclectic) mix of business. In the past few years, our designs have guided tire makers in Alabama to increase the quality of their work, and luxury retail associates in Beverly Hills to sell more hand-made porcelain. We helped build one program that used the poker craze to reinforce a customer focus among employees of a global bottling company, and another program that created a fictitious bottling company to show the virtues of a management operating system to copper miners.

We have created simulations, workshops, learning maps, process designs, coaching guides, and numerous other types of programs that engage employees, help achieve business goals, and provide the ultimate customer with the experience they prefer.
